Cancellations should be made (at least) 3 hours before the appointment time to avoid incurring a charge (50% of the treatment value). Failure to attend a pre booked appointment will be charged at full price. The prices quoted on our treatments are the usual prices charged; however, on occasion it may be necessary for a surcharge to be added to the cost of your treatment.

GIFT VOUCHERS MUST BE SIGNED BY A THERAPIST i.d HEALTH & BEAUTY TO BE VALID. i.d reserves the right not to accept damaged or defaced gift vouchers and photo copies cannot be accepted.
